ORDINANCE N0 . 35-31
AN OP.DINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING 4JITHIN THE CITY OF BROOKINGS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA;
Section 1 . That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings , County of Brookin�s , State of South Dakota, described
as follows , to-wit :
All of Lot lA, Block 1 , Mayland' s First Addition to
the City of Brookings
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from B-2A
Professional Office to B-5 Planned Commercial , in accordance with
Section 780 of Article VII of Appendix A-Zonin� of the Gode of
Ordinances of Brookings , South Dakota, as said districts are more
fully set forth and described in Articles III and V of Ordinance
No 715-Appendix A of the City of Brookings , South Dakota.
Section 2 . The permitted use of the proverty heretofore des-
cribed be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
herewith pursuant to said Ordinance 'No: 715-Appendix A a.f the City
�f �roolcings , South D�.kota. - �
Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in cpnflict herewith
are hereby re�ealed.
