ORDINANCE NO. 26-81

AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING WITHIN THE CIT'Y OF BROOKINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described
as follows, to-wit:
N 760 feet of NW'�, excluding all platted areas thereof,
and also excluding the W 533 feet of the N 397.66 feet,
(also known as lot 22, Lane Addition) thereof, all in
Section 23, Township 110, Range 50,
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from
Residence R-lA Single Family to I-1R Light Industrial Restricted,
in accordance with Section 780 of Article VII of Appendix A-Zoning
of the Code of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as said
districts are more fully set forth and described in Articles ITI;
IV and VI of Ordinance No. 715-Appendix A of the City of Braokings,
South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore -
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accord- �
ance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715-Appendix A of �
the City of BrooJc.ings, South Dakota.
