ORDINANCE N0. 24-81
AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING WITHIN THE CITY OF BROOKINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section l. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described
as follows, to-wit:
all of lots ( a) and (b) except the south one foot thereof,
in lot 4, block 13, Morehouse Addition
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from
Residence R-lA 5ingle Family to Residence R-3 Multiple Family, in
accordance with Section 780 of Article VII of Appendix A-Zoning
of the Code of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as said
districts are more fully set forth and described in Articles III,
and IV of Ordinance No. 715-Appendix A of the City of Brookings,
South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and tlie same is hereby altered and changed in accord-
ance herewith pursu�an�, to saifl Ordinance No. 715-Appendix A of
the City of Brooki�ngs, Soutli Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
