ORDINANCE NO. ];9-81
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section l. That the real estate situated in the Joint
Jurisdictional Area, County of Brookings, State of South D�kota,
described as follows, to-wit:
The South 600 feet of the East 600 feet in the SE� SW�
Section 1-T109-R50 West of the 5th P.M.
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from AgY�i-
culture to I-1 Industrial District, as said districts are more
fully set forth and described in Articles III, IV, and VI of
Ordinance No. 14-80, Brookings City and County Zoning Ordinance
of the Joint Jurisdictional Area, City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The ;permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and �he same is: hereby altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 14-80.
Section 3 . Al.l�' seetions and ordinances in conflict herewitk�
