AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FEES FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOtTTH DAKOTA:
I . That the City Engineer for the CITY OF BROOKINGS shall,
from time to time, establish a schedule of fees which
shall be charged for services rendered by said office.
Said schedule of fees shall become effective following
approval by the City Commission of the CITY OF BROOKINGS.
II . All revenues derived from said fees shall be deposited in
the general fund of the CITY OF BROOKINGS.
III . A copy of said schedule of fees shall be maintained in the
office of the City Engineer and the City Finance Officer
for public information and inspection.
