AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR RESTRICTIVE PARKING IN THE DOWNTOWN
SHOPPING AREA:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING B�DY OF THE CITY OF
�BROOKINGS: �
I. It shall be unlawful for the driver or any owner ot any
motor vehicle, trailer or implement to park or leave
standing or permit to be parked or left standing, any
motor vehicle, trailer or implement on Main Avenue betzveen `
the railroad tracks and Sixth Street and o� Third, Fourth,
Fifth, and 5ixth Streets from Third to Fifth Avenues, Third
Avenue from Third to Sixth Street, and on Fifth Avenue from- "�
Front Street to Sixth Street, for more than two (2 ) con- �
secutive hours between the hours of 8 :00 o'clock A.M. and
5 : 30 o 'clock P.M. on Mondays through Saturdays.
Tickets for violation of this Ordinan�s shall be the respon-
sibility of the registered owner of the veTiicles. �
II. That any and all Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
