BROOKIlVGS ZONING ORDINANCE OF 1966 AS AP'1IlVDED PERTAINING TO
SHELTERS FOR BATTERED SPOUSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNIlVG BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA: ,
I. That Section 43'I of the Brookings Zoning Ordinance� of �
1966 as amended be and the same is hereby amended to �
read as follows, to wit:
Section 43'I is amended by adding
.4 Shelters for Battered Spouses .
That Section 5'I'I of the Brookings Zoning Ordinaxtce of
1966 as amended be and the same is hereby amended to read �
as follows, to wit:
Section 5'I'i is amended by adding
.'13 Shelters for Battered Spouses
That Section 52'I of the Brookings Zoning Ordinance of �
1966 as amended be and the same is hereby amended to �read
as follows, to wit:
Section 52'I is amended by adding

II. That any and all ordinances or parts thereof, in conflict
herewith, are hereby repealed. �
