AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING WITHIN THE CITY OF BROOKINGS.
BE IT ORD�'iINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1 . That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described
as follows, to-wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, and 10, Block 4, Randi Peterson Addi-
tion; Lots 1 , 2, 3, 4, (except the East 10 feet of 4) , 8,
9, and 10, Block 1 , Wheaton Addition; Lots l , 2, 3, (South
� of Lot 4 ) , 12, 13, and 14, Block 2 , Wheaton Addition,
all in the City of Brookings, South Dakota
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from
Residence R-lA Single Family to Residence R-3 Multiple Family,
in accordance with Section 780 of Article VII of Appendix A-Zoning
of the Code of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as said
districts are more fully set forth and described in Articles III,
and IV of Ordinance No. 715-Appendix A of the City of Brookings,
South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use o� the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and chariged in accoxd-
ance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715-Ap-pendix A of
the City of Brookings, South Dakata. ,
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed. ; ,
