AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF ORDINANCE NO. 715 O�
THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, COUNTY OF BROOK-
INGS, STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, COUNTY OF BROOKINGS,
STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
I. That Section 6-25 of Chapter 6 of Ordinance No. 715, being
the Revised Ordinances of the City of Brookings, County of
Brookings, State of South Dakota, be and the same is here-
by amended to read as follows, to-wit:
Section 6-25. Hours of Operation for Pool, Billiard Halls.
It shall be unlawful for any person owning, operating
or in charge of a pool hall or billiard parlor or other
similar place within the city, opera�ed for profit, to
open or to allow any person or per$ons tq play any game
or use the equipment therein between the hours of 1 :00
A.M. and 6 :00 A.M. , except on Sundays w:�en said establish-
ments shall not open until noon. , - -
II. That all ordinances or parts.� of or.dinances. in conflict there-
with are hereby repealed.
