BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINCnS, SOUTH DAKOTA: That Section 200 Word Definitions of the Brookings Zonin� Ordinance, 1966, as amended be and the same are hereby amended by adding Section 200.168 as follows: Ie Section 200.168. Residential Driveways. A hard surfaced or clearly defined access from the property line to a garagej a si�3e yard or rear yard. If not hard surfaced, the edges of the driveway must be physically defined in the front yard area. /The driveway and curb cut width may not exceed 35% of the width of the lot or 24 feet whichever is less.
