ORDINANCE NO. 25-82
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5, ARTICLE III OF THE
REVISED ORDINA�'�TCES OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA, PER�AINING T0
THE MUNICIPAL LIQUOR STORE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNIPdG BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA, THAT CHAPTER 5 , ARTICLE III BE
AMENDED BY ADDING A SECTION 5-35 TO READ AS FOLLOWS, to-wit:
I. Section 5-35. MINORS FORBIDDEN,
It shall be unlawful for any person under the age o£
twenty-one (21) years of age to enter or remain on the `
premises of the municipal liquor store unless accom-
panied by a parent or legal guardian.
II . That any and all ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
