EMERGENCY. -
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOTCINGS, SOUTH DAROTA:
Section 1. Whereas, by the Annual Appropriation Ordin�n�ce
for the year 1982, Ordinance No. 22-81 appropriating .rever�t�e
for the operation of the municipal government for the year ,1982, :.'

Section 2. There is hereby appropriated for the purpose of
maintaining and operating the City of Brookings an additional :
