AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION H-201 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF BROOKINGS� SOUTH DAKOTA, PERTAINING TO ENFORCING
POLICIES OF THE BROOKINGS CITY HOUSING OFFICE. � �
WHEREAS, it is deemed desireable to provide for a Housing
Inspection Procedures Handbook for the City of Brookings;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA, THAT SECTION H-201 BE AND THE SAME IS ,
HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS, to-wit:

shall be in the �ity Engineer's .Of�ice �nd shall be available
for inspection duririg �nc�rinal wbrking �hvu�r,�.
Any changes in the �Hous�is�g Of'�i�e Irispection Procedures
Handbook shall be appro�ed by 1€he Brookings City Commission.
