AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 933 OF THE BROOKINGS ZONING
ORDINANCE OF 1966 AS AMENDED, PERTAINING TO POWER OF THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
I . That Section 933 .7 of the Brookings Zoning Ordinance of
1966 as amended be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows :
Section 933 . Powers of the Board. The Board of Adjustment
shall have the following powers:
.7 In granting a variance or special
exception, the board may attach thereto
any conditions and safeguards it deems
necessary or desirable in furthering
the purposes of this orc:inance. Viola-
tion of any of these conditions or safe-
guards shall be deemed a violation of
this ordinance.
II That any and all ordinances or parts thereof, in conflict
h�rewith, are hereby repealed.
