AN ORDINANCE ANIDENDING SECITON 621 OF 'I� BROOKINGS ZOIVING ORDINANCE
OF 1966 AS ANIENDID.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVII2NING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOU'I'�i DAKOTA:
I. That Section 621 of the Brookings Zoning Ordinance of 1966
as amended be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows, to wit:
Section 621.2 Manufacturing, fabricating, processing
and warehousing which would not be
compatible with a co�nercial or
residential environment; with the
exception of those items listed under
621-a.
Section 621-a is amended by adding
.15 toxic or poison material processing
.16 Grain and forage processing and handling
.17 Alcohol plant
II. That any and all ordinances or parts thereof, in conflict herewith,
are hereby repealed.
