AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING WITHIN THE CITY �F BROOKINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section l. That the real estate situated in the Gity
of Brookings , County of Brookings,State of South Dakota,
described as follaws, to wit:
W-584 .5 feet excluding the S-540 feet and Outlot l,
and excluding Block One and Two Telkamp Addition
of the SW4 Section I9-1I0-49 .
be and the same is rezoned and reclassified from R-lA
Single Family to R-3 Multiple Family, in accordance with
Section 800 of A.rticle VISI of. Appendix A - Zaning of the Code
of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as said districts
are set forth and described in Articles III , IV and V of
Ordinance No. 7I5 - Appendix A of the City of Brookings,
South Dakota. �
Section 2 . The permitted use of the progerty heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715 -
Appendix A of the City of Brookings , South Dakota.
Section 3 . All sectians and ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
