AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING WITHIN THE CITY OF BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section l. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings , County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described
as follows, to wit:
Outlot 13 and the North 6 . 9 ' of Outlot 14 SW 1/4 ;
Section 35-110-50
be and the same is rezoned ar_d reclassified from R-1B
Single Family to R-3 Nlultiple f.arn�ly, in accordance with
Section 800 of Brookings, South Dakota, as saic� districts
are set forth and described in Articles III, IV and V of
Ordinance No. 715 - Appendix A of the City of Brookings,
South Dakota.
Section 2 . The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hEreby altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715 -
Appendix A of the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section �. All sections and ordinan.ces in conflict
herewith are h�reby repealed.

� NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That at the regular meeting of the
Board of Com.missioners of the City of Brookings , South Dakota, to
be held at 7 :30 o' clock P.M. , on Tuesday, October 25, 1983 , in the
Commission Room in the New City Hall in said City, there will be
brought up for consideration and adoption with or without amendments
or revision an ordinance proposing to amend the 1966 Revised Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Brookings, by rezoning the property
described as : Outlot 13 and the North 6. 9 ' of Outlot 14, SW 1/4
Section 35-110-50, to the City of Brookings, County of Brookings,
State of South Dakota, from a class R-1B district to a class R-3
Multiple Family, at which time and place all persons interested
. will be given a full , fair and complete hearing thereon.
