BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the Joint
Jurisdictional Area, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota
described as follows, to wit:
SEQ Section 30-110-49
be and the sa.me is hereby rezoned and reclassified from
Agricultural to I-1R Restricted Industrial as said districts
are more fully set forth and described in Articles III and IV
of Ordinance No. 14-80, Brookings City and County Zoning
Ordinance of the Joint Jurisdictional Area, City of Brookings,
South Dakota.
Section 2 . The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in i
accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 14-80 . ,
Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed.
