AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 430 OF THE BROOKINGS ZOh'ING
ORDINANCE OF 1966 AS A1�IENDED, PERTAINING TO REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS
IN THE R-2 ZONE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
I. That Section 433 , of the Brookings Zoning Ordinances
of 1966 as amend be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows, to wit:
. 4 Rear Yard.
There shall be a rear yard on each lot,
which yard shall be not less than twenty-
five (25) feet in depth.
II . That any and all ordinances or parts thereof, in
conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.

SECOND READING: September 27, 1983
