ORDII�IANCE NO. 28-83
AN ORDINAP�CE AMENDING SECTION 400 OF THE BROOKINGS SUBDIVISION
ORDINANCE NO. 532 REVISED IN 1967 , PERTAII�'ING TO THE PLATTING
OF LAND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA:
I. That Section 400, of the Subdivision Ordinance No. 532
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows,
to wit:
400. New Paragraph Added:
Any subdivision of land containing two or more
lots, no matter �how described, shall be platted
or replatted, and must be submitted to the
Planning Commission for their consideration
and recommendation to the Commission for
approval or rejection. Any plat submitted shall
contain the name and address of a person to
whom notice of hearing may be sent; and no plat
shall be acted upon by the Commission without
affording a hearing thereon, notice of the
time and place of which shall be sent by mail
to said address not less than five days before
the date fixed therefor.
II . That any and all ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
