ORDINANCE NO. 26-83
AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING WITHIN THE CITY OF BROOKINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section l. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described
as follows, to wit:
Outlots C, D and E Section 26 - Township 110N -
Range 50 W to the City of Brookings, Brookings
County, South Dakota.
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassifed from
Residence R-3A I�Iulti-family and Mobile Home, to I-1R Restricted
Industrial, and
Roberts Second Addition, Blocks Two and Three
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified fr�m I-1
Light Industrial to B-3 Heavy Business, and
SW4 Section 19-110-49 excluding the W-584 .5 ' and the
S-540 ' ; and excluding Outlot 1 and Telkamp Addition
Blocks One and Two.
be and the same is rezoned and reclassified from Residence
R-lA Single Family to I-1R Restricted Industrial, in accordance
with Section 800 of Article VIII of Appendix A - Zoning c�f the
Code of Ordinance of Brookings, South Dakota, as said districts
are set forth and described in Articles III, IV, and V of
Ordinance No. 715 - Appendix A of the City of Brookings, South
Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use o� the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715 -
Appendix A of the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
� Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith
iare hereby repealed.
