AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 410 OF THE BROOKINGS
ZONING ORDINANCE OF 1966 AS AMENDED, PERTAINING TO PERMITTED
USE, DAY CARE CENTER, IN THE R-lA ZONE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
I. That Section 410 of the Brookings Zoning Ordinance of
1966 as amended be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows, to-wit:
Section 411. 2 Churches and similar places of worship,
which may include Day Care Centers with
such use confined to within the church
worship and educational facilities.
II. That any and all ordinances or parts thereof, in conflict
herewith, are hereby repealed.

SECOND READING: July 26 , 1983
