AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING WITHIN THE CITY OF BROOKINGS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section l. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described
as follows, to-wit:
' The East 100 feet of Lots l, 2 , and 3 and the East 100
feet of the South 15 feet of Lot 4 , Block 5, to the City
of Brookings , Original Plat, City of Brookings, Brookings
County, South Dakota,
be and the same is hereb� rezoned and reclassified from
Residence R-2A Two-family to B-2A Professional Office District,
in accordance with Section 800 of Article VIII of Appendix A-
Zoning of the Code of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as
said districts are ,set; forth and described in Articles III , I�
and V of Ordinance No. 71^5-Appendix A of the City of Brookings,
South Dakota`. `
S:ection 2. The .per�it-ted us� of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuant �o said Ordinance No. 715-Appendix -
A of the City o� B�rookings , Sauth' Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed.
