ORDINANCE NO. 13-83
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 540 OF THE BROOKINGS ZONING
ORDINANCE OF 1966 AS AMENDED, PERTAINING TO THE B-3 HEAVY BUSINESS
ZONE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA:
I . That Section 540 of the Brookings Zoning Ordinance of
1966 as amended be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows, to wit:
Section 514 .6 Animal hospital, cattery and kennel
with respect to Section 7 . 21 City
Ordinances.
II . That any and all ordinances or parts thereof, in conflict
herewith, are hereby repealed.
FIRST READING: May 10 , 1983
SECOND READING: May 24 , 1983
PASSED AND APPROVED:
NOT APPROVED: May 31, 1983
