ORDINANCE N0. 26-84
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RESTRICTED VEHICLE PARKING IN
BUSINESS SECTION AND ADJACENT AREAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 34. 271 It shall be unlawful for the driver or any
owner of any motor vehicle, trailer or implement, to park or
leave standing, or permit to be parked or left standing, any
motor vehicle, trailer or implement on Fourth and Fifth Streets
from Fifth to Seventh Avenue, and on Front Street betwee� Main
Avenue and Fifth Avenue, and on Fifth Avenue between Front Street
and Third Street, and on Third Street between Fifth and Sixth
Avenue, and on Sixth Avenue between Third and Fourth
Street, and on Sixth Avenue between Fifth Street and Sixth
Street, and on Seventh Avenue between Third Street and Sixth
Street, between the hours of 2: 00 A.M. and 5: 30 A.M. from
November 15th to April lst. Parking may not be resumed during
said hours until said streets have been cleaned of snow from curb
to curb.
