AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 700 OF APPENDIX B OF THE
SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE TO THE BROOKINGS CODE OF ORDINANCES, PER-
TAINING TO REQUIRED IMPROVEN�NTS.
BE IT ORDAI�ED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
I . That Section 700 of Appendix B of the Subdivision Ordinance
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows, to-wit:
.4 Public sewer per plans approved by the Utility Board
or its designee under such criteria as required by
Utility Board rules and regulations and the State
Health Agency, and requiring new subdivisions to be
connected to the City sanitary sewer, unless
specific exemption is obtained in the platting
process.
II. That any and all ordinances or parts thereof, in conflict
herewith, are hereby repealed.
