ORDINANCE NO. 19-84
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA,
AMENDING SECTION 35-56 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA, THAT THE FOREGOING SECTION BE
AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS,
to-wit:
I. Sala ries
The annual Salary of each member of the municipal utility boa.rd
shall be set by resolution of the city commission in a regular meeting,
as defined in Section 2-17 of this Code, said salaries to be paid from
the funds under the control of the board in equal monthly installments.
II. That any and all ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
