AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 200 OF THE BROOKINGS ZONING
ORDINANCE OF 1966 AS AMENDED, PERTAINING TO THE DEFINITION OF
DAY CARE CENTERS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA:
I . That Section 200 of the Brookings Zoning Ordinance of 1966
as amended be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows, to-wit:
Section 200 . 165 Day Care facilities . A facility
meeting state standards for space
requirements in which more than
twelve (12) people not of the
immediate family are cared for
during parts of a day for com-
pensation.
II. That any and all ordinances or parts thereof, in conflict
hE�reaith, are hereby repealed.
FIRST READING: March 13, 1984
SECOND READING: March 27 , 1984
PASSED AND APPROVED: March 27, 1984
