AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA, PERTAINING TO THE ENFORCEMENT POLICY OF THE
MAINTENANCE ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, it is deemed desirable to provide for a Property
Maintenance Enforcement Handbook for the City of Brookings ;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA:
I . That Section 10-76 of the Brookings City Ordinances is
hereby amended to read as follows ; to-wit:
(a) Enforcement �rocedures Handbook
The Maintenance Tr.forcement Procedures of the City of
Brookina� shall be as established and set forth in the
Maintenance Enforcement Procedure Handbook hereby
adopted and accepted by the Brookings City Commission
to become effective March l, 1984 .
A copy of said handbook shall be in the City Engineer' s
Office and shall be available for inspection during
normal working hours.
Any changes in the Maintenance Enforcement Procedure
Handbook shall be approved by the City Commission.
II . That any and all ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
