ORDINANCE i;0. 1-84
AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING WITHIN THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section l. That the real estate situated in the City
of Brookings, County of Brookings , State of South Dakota,
described as follows, to-wit:
Block l, 2, 3 , 4 , 6, and 9 , the irregularly shaped
West 6 . 1 acres of Block 11, as per the preliminary
plat, Pheasants ' Nest Addition, approved April 12 ,
1983 ,
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from
R-lA Single Family, to R-3 Multi-Family, and
Block 5, as per the preliminary plat, Pheasants ' Nest
Addition, approved April 12, 1983 ,
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from
R-lA Single Family, to B-2 Business Fringe, and
Block 12, Block 13 , as per the preliminary plat,
Pheasants ' Nest Addition, approved April 12, 1983 ;
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from
R-lA Single Family to B-3 Heavy Business, in accordance with
Section 780 of Article VII of Appendix A-Zoning, of the Code of
Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as said districts are
more fully set forth and described in Articles III, IV and V
' of Ordinance No. 715-Appendix A of the City of Brookings, South
Dakota.
Section 2 . The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715-Appendix
A of the City of Brookings , South Dakota.
Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
