ORDINANCE N0. 30-85
AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO CHARGES FOR USE OF THE SANITARY
LANDFILL .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
I .
Section 16-47 . Charges for Use.
Each licensed commercial hauler and each commercial
establishment hauling its own garb,age, rubbish and waste
material shall pay to the city for the use of the sanitary land-
fill , per vehicle load or part of a load, the following charges:
(a) For loose loads of more than two (2) cubic
yards, the sum of One ($1 . 00) Dollar per
cubic yard of waste or material . Minimum
fee, One ($1. 00) Dollar.
(b) For all commericial compactor trucks , the
sum of Two ($2 . 00) Dollars per cubic yard
per rated capacity.
II .
That any and all Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
