ORDINANCE N0. 23-85
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5-19 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS PERTAINING TO THE SALE t�tF A�.�LiC
BEVERAGES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA, THAT SECTION 5-19 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 5-19. Required.
No person shall sell, offer for sale, keep for sale,
exchange, distill , manufacture, produce, bottle, blend or other-
wise concoct , within the City of Brookings, any alcoholic
beverage, without having a licens� therefor as required by Title
35 of the South Dakota Codified Laws, as amended or as authorized
by such title as amended.
Any and all Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
