ORDINANCE NO. 16-85
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1 . That the real estate situated in the City
of Brookings, County of Brookings , State of South Dakota,
described as follows , to-wit: Carpenters Addition, Lot 2 ,
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from
R-3 Multiple Family to P.D. D. Planned Development District
as said districts are more fully set forth and described in
Articles III and V of Ordinance No. 715-Appendix A, of the
City of Brookings, South DakoLa.
Section 2 . The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed to
accordar.ce herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715-Appendix

A, as amended.
Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith
are nerebj� repealed.
