ORDINANCE NO. 11-85 `�

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS � SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described
as follows, to-wit:
Lots 2, 3, 4 , 5, 6, 7, and 8, Village Square Addition
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from
B-2 Business Fringe to P.D.D. Planned Development District as
said districts are more fully set forth and described in Articles
III and V of Ordinance No. 715-Appendix A, of the City of Brook-
ings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
describ�d be and the same is hereby altered and changed im accord-
ance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715-Appendix A, as
amended, and 1967 SDCL-Chapter 11-4 .
Section 3. Al1 sections and ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.

Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described
as follows, to-wit: N-649 ' of S-699 ' of E1/2 SWl/4 SE1/4 Section
24-110-50,
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from
B-2 Business Fringe to P.D.D. Planned De'velopment District
as said districts are more fully set forth and described in
Articles III and V of Ordinance No. 715-Appendix A, of the
City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed to
accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715-Appendix
A, as amended, and 1967 SDCL-Chapter 11-4 .
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed.
