ORDINANCE N0. 8-85
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 34-202 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS PERTAINING TO THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF THROUGH STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA THAT SECTION 34-202 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 34-202. Enumeration.
The following streets or portions of streets are hereby
designated as through streets pursuant to the provisions of this
article:
Street Extent
3rd Street From Main to 22nd Avenue
5th Avenue From 3rd Street North to 6th
Street
5th Street From 5th Avenue to Medary Avenue
6th Street From the east city limits to the
west city limits
8th Street From Western Avenue
to its eastern terminus
llth Street From 3rd to Medary Avenue
2nd Street South From Main to Medary Avenue
8th Street South From the west city limits to
22nd Avenue
Main Avenue From the south city limits to
8th Street
Medary Avenue From the south city limits to
the north city limits
12th Avenue From 3rd Street to its northern
terminus
17th Avenue From 8th Street South to 6th
Street
22nd Avenue From the south city limits to
the north city limits

' Any and all ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
