AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN ADDITIONAL LIMITATION
OF THE POWERS OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
I. Section 933 . 8 : The Board does not possess the
power to grant a variance or special exception
to allow a nonconforming use more than one twenty-
five ( 25$ ) percent expansion of a building under
Section 212 . 2 of this Ordinance.
II . All Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed. ,
