AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX A, THE BROOKINGS ZONING ORDI-
NANCE OF 1966 AS AMENDED, PERTAINING TO THE STORAGE OF HIGH HAZARD
CONTENTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA:
I. That Section 200 of the Brookings Zoning Ordinance of 1966 as amended be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows, to-wit:
Section 200. Word Definitions.
.265 High hazard contents. Those contents which are liable to
burn with extreme rapidity or from which poisonous fumes or
explosions are to be feared in the event of fire.
II. That Section 540 of the Brookings Zoning Ordinance of 1966 as amended be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows, to-wit:
Section 541-a. Uses allowed as special exception by the Board of Adjust-
ment.
.3 Storage of high hazard contents.
III. That Section 600 of the Brookings Zoning Ordinance of 1966 as amended be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows, to-wit:
Section 602. Uses allowed as special exception by the Board of Adjust-
ment.
,2 Storage of high hazard contents.
IV. That Section 620 of the Brookings Zoning Ordinance of 1966 as amended be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows, to-wit:
Section 621.a. Uses allowed as special exception by the Board of
Adjustment.
,17 Storage of high hazard contents.
V. That any and all ordinance or parts thereof in conflict herewith, are
hereby repealed.
