AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-17 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES
OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA, RELATIVE TO REGULAR MEETING
TIME OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA:
That Section 2-17 of the Revised Ordinances of Brookings,
South Dakota, be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows, to-wit:
Sec. 2-17. Regular Meetings.
The Regular Meetings of the City Commission shall be held at
the Commission chambers on Tuesday of every week and shall com-
mence at 2 :00 o 'clock P.M. , except for the 3rd Tuesday of each
month, when the starting time of the meeting shall be 7:30 o 'clock
P.M. In the event that any Tuesday shall be a legal holiday, then
the regular meeting shall be held on Wednesday following the
Tuesday on which the regular meeting would have taken place.
That any and all ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
