AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING WITHIN
THE JOINT JURISDICTIONAL AREA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1 . That the real estate situated in the Joint Juris-
dictional Area to the County of Brookings, State of South Dakota,
described as follows, to wit:
South 1680.6 feet of the East Half of Section 10, T109„
R50 excluding the East 1232.8 feet.
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from
. Residence R-1A Single Family to Ag-Agricultural , in accordance
with Section 800 of Article VIII - Zoning of the Code of Ordinances
of the Joint Jurisdictional Area to the City of Brookings, South
Dakota, as said districts are set forth and described in Articles
III , IV and V of Ordinance No. 14-80 of the City of Brookings,
South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 14-80 to the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
