ORDINANCE N0. 20-86
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC. 34-268 of the Revised Ordinances
of the City of Brookings, and pertaining to prohibited night
parking during snow removal .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA, to-wit :
I .
Sec. 34-258 . Night parking prohibited during snow removal .
In the event of two (2) inches or more of snow fall in the
City of Brookings it shall be unlawful for the driver or
owner of any motor vehicle, trailer or implement to park or
leave standing or permit to be parked or left standing any
motor vehicle, trailer or implement on any street, avenue
or alley in the city, except the streets mentioned in
section 34-267 , between the hours of 11 : 00 p.m. and 7 : 00
a.m. from November 15th to April lst . Parking may not be
resumed during said hours until said streets have been
cleaned of said snow from curb to curb.
II .
Al1 ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
