AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SITE PLAN FOR THE PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR VILLAGE SQUARE ADDITION:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1 . That the real estate situated in the
City of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as
follows, to-wit:
Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, Village Square Addition
zoned Planned Development District be and the same
is reclassified in accordance with the site plan approved
on Ma� 2�, lqgh as set forth in Section 630 of
the Revised 1966 Zoning Ordinance for the City of Brookings,
South Dakota:
Section 2 . That any and all ordinances in conflict
are hereby repealed.
FIRST READING: May 13, 1986
SECOND READING: May 27, 1986
PASSED AND APPROVED: May 27, 1986
