AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE CERTAIN LAND IN BROOKINGS COUNTY .
FROM CLASS "A" AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO CLASS R-1 SINGLE FAMILY
DISTRICT, AND PROVIDING RESTRICTIONS THEREON.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section I . That the real estate situated in the
Joint Three Mile Jurisdictional area in the County
of Brookings, South Dakota, described as follows, to-wit:
SE1/4 NE1/4 Section 2 in Township 110 North, Range
50 W of the 5th P.M. , Lot 1 Felt Addition
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified
from Class "A" , Agricultural District, to R-1B Single
Family District, as said district is more fully set
forth and described in the Brookings Joint Jurisdiction
Ordinance, 1980 .
Section II . The permitted use of the property hereto-
fore described be and the same is hereby altered and
changed in accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance
No. 14-80 Zoning Ordinance of the Joint Jurisdictional
Area surrounding the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section III . Al1 sections and ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
FIRST READING: April 1, 1986
SECOND READING: April 15, 1986
PASSED AND APPROVED: April 15, 1986
