AN ORDINANCE AMENDING BROOKINGS ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 520 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA AND PERTAINING TO OFF-STREET PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA, THAT SECTION 700 OF THE BROOKINGS
ZONING ORDINANCE BE AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
I.
700.7 Dwellings.
a. One and two family dwellings: two (2) spaces for each unit.
b. Multiple dwellings, apartments, townhouses, and condominiums:
two (2) spaces for each dwelling unit exclusive of garages.
II.
Any and all ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

• NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That at the re ular meetin
g g of the
Board of Commissioners of the City of Brookings, South Dakota, to be
. . held at 7:30 o'clock p.m., on Tuesday, lune 23, 1987, in the meeting
room at City Hall, 311 Third Avenue, in said City, there will be brought
up for consideration and adoption with or without amendments or revision
an Ordinance proposing to amend the 1966 Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Brookings, which pertains to parking requirements for one and two
. family dwellings and multiple units, at which time and place all persons
interested will be given a full, fair, and complete hearing thereon.
