AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 501 OF LAND SUBDIVISION
ORDINANCE 532 PERTAINING TO PRELIMINARY PLAT PROCEDURES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
I . That �ection 501 vf the Subdivision Regulations be and the
same is hereby amended ta read as follows, to wit :
561 . 1 Na r�-lange .
501 . 2 Six (6) prints of the preliminary plat together with
a com�leted application form and the fee as set forth
in Section 30 . 2 of Chapter 30 shall be submitted to
the Planning Administrator on or before the 15th day
of the month pr�ecadir�g the regular Planning Commis-
SlUI1 mPeting at which c�nsideration is desired.
501 . 3 The Planning Commission shall act on the preliminary
plat within forty-five (45) days after submission to
the Planning Administrator. If the Planning Commis-
sion disapproves a plat, the reasons for disapproval
shall be remedied prior to further consideration.
II . All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
re�ealed.
