ORDINANCE NO. 24-88
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 34-301 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA, PERTAINING TO
MUNICIPAL PARKING LOTS - MAXIMUM DURATION OF PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota:
I. That Section 34-301 of the Revised Ordinances of
Brookings, South Dakota, be and the same are
hereby amended as follows, to-wit:
No vehicle shall be parked for a longer period of
time than seventy-two (72) hours at any one
location in public parking lots owned, operated or
under the control of the City of Brookings
excepting the parking lot behind the old armory
and the parking lot south of the dairy, which
shall be restricted to twenty-four (24) hour
parking.
II. That any and all ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
