ORDINANCE NO. 20-88
AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING WITHIN THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1 . That the real estate situated in the CitY of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as
follows, to-wit :
West 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 36-T110N-R50W, except
Outlot A, the North 1000 feet of the East 217.8 feet and
the West 165 feet of the South 1352 feet, and excepting
the east 190 feet of the West 355 feet of the north 1732
feet,
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from a
class R-1A Single Family district to a class R-3 Multiple Family -
district;
In accordance with Section 800 of Article VIII of Appendix
A-Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as
said districts are more fully set forth and described in Articles
III , IV, and V of Ordinance No. 715-Appendix A of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2 . The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accord- I
ance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715 Appendix A of the �
City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. Building setback line shall be 40 feet long along
8th Street South.
Section 4. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
