AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 26-83 AND
INTENDED TO CORRECT A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR CONTAINED IN ORDINANCE
N0. 26-83 AS ORIGINALLY ADOPTED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA as follows, to-wit :
I .
That the real estate situated in the City of Brookings ,
County of Brookings , State of South Dakota, described as
follows , to-wit :
Outlots C, D and E of Section Twenty-six (26) ,
Township One Hundred Ten (110) North, Range Fifty
( 50) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City of
Brookings , County of Brookings , State of South Dakota,
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from
Residence R-3A Multi-family and Mobile Home, to I-1 Light
Industrial .
II .
All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed .

SECOND READING: May 10, 1988
PASSED AND APPROVED: May 10, 1988
