ORDINANCE NO. 2-88
An Ordinance amending Section 200 . 30 of the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Brookings , South Dakota, and pertaining to the
definition of a kennel within the City of Brookings, South
Dakota.
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of
Brookings , South Dakota as follows , to-wit:
I.
Section . 30 Kennel : Any lot or premises on which four ( 4 )
or more domestic animals or pets at least four ( 4 ) months
of age are harbored, except any licensed pet shelter.
II .
Al1 Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
