Hut they also have grant money that passes thru this fund. We have to change the original amount budgeted by whatever the amount this grant is, that amount is $300.00 this year, thus we have to supplement the budget for that fund by $300.00. The istoric Hook Fund was run thru our records to aid them in attaining grants. There was no money budgeted for this fund in 1989, because they did not know how much money they would be takfng in. We never spent any more money out of this fund than what we had received from them. They have expended $59, 466.69 thus far in 1989, we have receipte8 in $59, 628.65 which they have turned over to us. They are planning on running another 510, 000 thru our books in December. This means we will have to supplement this fund at $70,000 which is no cost to the City, the only cost to the City is the $2, 000 we transferred to thfs fund in 1988. The Food Pantrv and Domestic Abuse Shelter both had certain amounts budgeted to them. However, just like Historic Preservation, they also have additional funds or grants pass thru. The amounts shown on Ordinance No. 25-89 will show them as not being overdrawn and will not be any additional cost to the City.
