ORDINANCE N0. 23-89
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A PROCEDURE FOR THE DETERMINATION
OF CHARGES FOR COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE AND REFUSE IN
THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAROTA, AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
I.
Section 16-25 . Determination of charges.
The rates and charges for the cost of collection and disposal
of refuse shall be determined from time to time by resolution of
the city commission which shall be on file in the city finance
office.
II.
All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
